We are honored to announce that Direct Energy, the largest energy retailer in North America, will be using Gridmates technology to enable Smart Energy Donations. Our cloud platform for Digital utility Customer Assistance Programs will help Direct's Energy Neighbor to Neighbor program increase the amount of received donations and help provided to low income families in Texas who cannot afford to pay for their heating/cooling, lighting, warm meals and hot showers. 


Our partnership appears in the acclaimed, Texas Monthly Magazine and validates our vision to improve Community Engagement and connect givers of energy with people in need.
