Gridmates wins $30,000 grant from the US. Dept. of Energy

Gridmates was one of the 5 startup companies (selected among 250 applications) that received a grant from the Sunshot Catalyst program of the US Department of Energy. Gridmates winning application empowers solar owners with the ability to learn about their energy production and bill savings and donate a percentage of their savings to help keep the lights on at homes that suffer from energy poverty. A great moment to remember from May 2015 in San Francisco.
