Creating housing where families succeed since 1990. Foundation Communities is a local, homegrown nonprofit serving working families with kids, veterans, individuals with disabilities and seniors.

We employ a successful model of affordable housing + on-site support that includes a wide array of education, financial stability and health programs, all of which are free. We own and operate 15 communities throughout Austin
